The team recently completed an installation of 185’ of 4” lining using the Perma-Lateral Lining System. This particular customer had received the same story from several companies: a major hillside excavation was needed to repair the broken line and it would cost around $70,000. The customer then turned to the A-1 Total Service Plumbing team who were able to excavate a 4’ x 3’ x 2’ area and remove the section of broken sewer. A second small foot-wide exaction was performed down the hillside for a large separation. Once that repair was complete, A-1 installed the liner one foot into the city main then cut the liner back making for a seamless connection.
